XIMNET - The Leading Tech Agency In Malaysia
Are you exceptional?
Finding the right talent to join our team is tough. We spend months looking for a suitable addition to the team only to realise we do not match. If you have been hiring, you will understand the challenges.
We review portfolios, talk about goals, strengths, and weaknesses. We openly share challenges and expectations just so that potential talents are well-informed about the journey ahead of them.  We do not sugarcoat our views because as a team, we strongly believe in carrying out our roles, big or small, with love and willingness to serve. It is hard work with potentially very little results at the beginning and by beginning, we meant up to three or five years.

Fortunately for me, I have met some talents who are exceptional. Here are some characteristics which I respect in a person:

I want to confront and grow
Let’s face it. We have clear weaknesses and inadequacies, but they do not stop us from being success-seekers. The learning process is messy, overwhelming, and seemingly impossible for us to overcome. It is the pain that makes us stop at being average. Don’t get us wrong, it is okay to want to be ‘normal’ and ‘average’ if it makes one feel good. Just that we think exceptional people do not settle at being average, that’s all. Exceptional people are not 'normal'.
I want to be a better self
No one can change us unless we want to embrace the change ourselves. Does changing mean losing yourself? Yes if your heart is set to do it only to please others. The process of being a better self makes us reflect on our worldview, response, and behaviours which also means to acknowledge there are areas which we fail terribly but the good news is, every morning, we get to decide if we want to change for ourselves. If the answer is yes, you are a step ahead of those who decide to say no.
I want to serve and contribute
Working or serving? Work sounds very much like an obligation or a duty. Serve, on the other hand, is to give yourself to helping someone to achieve something willingly. As crazy as it sounds, XIMNET believes in gaining through giving. However, when one sees serving as a job, honestly, it is no longer done out of love. It is not always easy because we have our own little selfishness and insecurities every now and then, but we believe in trying genuinely that makes a person exceptional.
All said, every person we meet teaches us valuable lessons about ourselves. To those who have embarked on a new journey, we look forward to celebrating your success.

To the next right one, welcome to XIMNET.
