  • Suspension: Temporary suspension from work, without pay, for a specified period.
  • Termination of Employment: Immediate termination of employment for serious or repeated violations of the Code of Conduct.

The severity of the disciplinary action will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, as well as the employee's previous disciplinary record.
